After the crazy midweek finish in Amsterdam, FC Bayern returned to domestic action with a fantastic 4:0 thumping of relegation-threatened Hannover 96 at the HDI-Arena. It may have have been “only” Hannover, but Die Roten were impressive in every department. There was a clean sheet, the midfield were magnificent, and Joshua Kimmich was simply outstanding.
