The design of the 2003/04 home shirt would see a return to an interesting two-colour look, contrasting the body and sleeves with the two main colours in reverse. This very simple Trikot would be in a traditional FC Bayern red with white trim, but with contrasting white sleeves with red trim.
With little in the way of additional design features, the 2003/04 Heimtrikot is a simple red with a V-neck and collar in white. The shirt retains the breathable “Climalite” side panels first seen in the previous seasons shirts, but with a much finer and less contrasting mesh material.
Both the Adidas logo and club crest are stitched onto the shirt in white threat, and the T-Mobile sponsor logo in white has been screen printed onto the chest. The white sleeves are trimmed in red, including the three Adidas stripes running down the shoulders to complete that immediately recognisable brand look.
There is no player number or name on the back of the shirt, which features the customary “FC Bayern München” which is screen printed in white.
